Julie Fox // A Maternity Session

I first met Julie in a salon. Yes…while we both got our hair taken care of, I was able to share about my family and my business and she got to share about her pregnancy!

I was excited when she reached out to schedule their maternity session. I just LOVE hearing about and capturing milestone memories like Julie & Jordan’s first baby! They are better than me though, because baby Fox’s gender was TOP SECRET until delivery day.

Julie loves surprises and the feel of anticipation. She has such a sweet personality and obvious love of life. I love hearing about the differences between her and Jordan even when it came to picking out a baby name because it reminds me so much of Evan and I. Julie would tell you she is more traditional with names and Jordan not so much. So picking out a name was kind of hard. I get it! Evan is more like Julie and I am more like Jordan when it comes to picking out names so we agreed on very few when it came to picking out Lincoln’s name just like they did! Luckily, we all figured it out and are loving our babies and their names…hahaha.

Here’s a little sneak peak of their maternity session for you to enjoy. They were both so easy to work with and I love that they included their fur baby as well!

Congrats Julie and Jordan on your new baby boy! I know that adjusting to life as family of three can be hard but I know that you wouldn’t trade it for the world! Babies are unpredictable, refining and sweetness all wrapped up in one. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of such a sweet season in your life and I look forward to seeing you both grow in your new roles.

Caroline Green // Senior Session

Senior year is in full gear and I am so excited to be meeting so many NEW seniors that are making up the #KB2019Seniors!

Senior year truly flashes before your eyes! It’s a constant celebration of all the “last” things you’ll be doing. As a senior its exciting, as a mom it’s bittersweet but hands down we can all agree that it is such a memorable season of life!

I’m so blessed that families like that of Caroline Green have trusted me to capture some senior pictures that will be looked at for years to come.

Caroline was one of the first that I shot in a brand new location. I was so excited to shoot! The moss, the greenery, the vineyard and a beautiful senior were just the right mix for this gorgeous session!

Here’s a little sneak peak…

Thank you Caroline for not only spending the afternoon with me but also thank you for being such a great sport and making my job easy! The best of luck to you as you get through senior year. Enjoy it, make memories, and take it from me, senioritis is a REAL THING!

For ALL seniors reading this, don’t forget to get your senior pictures scheduled. We still have spaces available!

Rayna Compton // Senior Session

2018 is wrapping up for my #KBSeniors and I could not be more excited for them. They are graduating, moving on and conquering new things. Before they know it, they will be packing up and headed to college and entering as a "freshman" all over again...no worries though...it's totally different than being a high school freshman!

Congrats to this girl who I had a blast with at our senior session this past spring. I mean not only is she gorgeous with those beautiful blonde waves and that contagious smile but she also reminds me of one of my favorite bible verses:

She is clothed with strength

and dignity and she laughs

without fear of the future.

Proverbs 31:25

Rayna, thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to capture some of my favorite senior pictures! You made this session so fun by just going with me and trusting me.

I wish you the best of luck as you start college and I encourage you to think about the words that Proverbs 31:25 say. Think about what it means to be strong. What does it mean or look like to be clothed with dignity? And, what does it mean to laugh without fear of the future?

I cannot wait to see what the future will hold for you!
